- Cloud structure on an outflow boundary: farther from the storm
- W013404S
- Cloud structure on outflow boundary. Farther from the storm and cool air source along the gust front, clouds are less continuous along the boundary and begin to grow independently. However, the growth is limited by weak buoyancy, wind shear and dry air which eats away at the struggling cloud towers. Towers also lean back as bases are driven forward by the colder air. This view is to the right of W013403S.
