- The relationship between a storm and nearby new: outflow effects
- W003620S
- The relationship between a storm and nearby new clouds is almost always dependent on the cool outflow air that moves along the ground away from the rain. The large tower is separate from the Cumulonimbus cloud behind it, but has formed along an outflow boundary from that older storm. The two appear together due to distance but they are really many miles apart.
