- A dry microburst, as seen by dust, mimics a tornado
- W991190S
- This storm's turbulent inflow-outflow interface is producing a dry microburst, as seen by a puff of dust at the ground. Although it is apparently under a lowering (mimics or implies a tornado debris cloud), it has no concentric or columnar shape to suggest a vortex, and was likely caused by small-scale downdrafts near the rain curtain edge.
