- Rare unusual cloud form in inflow-outflow region of a storm
- W874229Z
- A rare and unusual cloud form: crazy criss-crossing clouds add a curious twist to this stormy sky. Outflow from the rain blows left and converges with inflow along the tail cloud joined to the low, circular updraft base. Behind these in the warmer air, south winds rise on approach to the rain area and condense as lines of cloud joining the updraft area at right angles to the thick tail.
