- A fog bow produced by reflected sunlight on tiny water droplets

- A fog bow (or cloud bow) arcs over a rugged, remote landscape. Reflected sunlight returning from the Stratus cloud bank of fog creates this bow in a similar manner as a rainbow except that no colors are visible. That’s because the tiny water droplets produce a wide spectral spread causing the separate colors to overlap completely and blend together as white light.
